In Colombia, the poverty is complicate compared to Australia. To start, homelessness in Colombia is so different than homelessness in Australia. In Colombia, people sleep in the streets, smell bad, sometimes the people do not have anything to eat. On the other hand, you can see in Transmilenio a lot of people selling things or just telling a sad history and begging for money. In Australia, people have a sweet home, food every day, and a good life. On the other hand, in Colombia you have a minimum salary. With that, you have to pay the rent, buy food, pay the bills, and pay for transport. While in Australia, you have a better salary, you can have a good life, you have money to spend, and a lot of things. In conclusion, if you compare the regular day in a "normal" family in Colombia with the normal life in Australia, you can feel a little sad, because is just like two different worlds.
I really like it, people usually have the perspective of the movies, and here you can learn more about the lifestyle and how it differs from that of Colombia.
